综合护理干预在肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析肾功能衰竭腹膜透析的患者中给予综合护理干预的应用效果。方法将我院收治的70例肾功能衰竭腹膜透析的患者,依照抽签的形式等分为两组。常规组(n=35)接受传统的护理方法,干预组(n=35)接受综合护理,将两组干预后的护理效果进行对比。结果相比于常规组,干预组的自护能力、生活质量评分高(P<0.05);相比于常规组,干预组的护理满意度较高(P<0.05);相比于常规组,干预组并发症发生率低(P<0.05)。结论给予肾功能衰竭腹膜透析的患者综合护理干预,患者的生活质量得以改善,患者对护理工作以及护理人员的认可程度高。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with renal failure peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 70 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients with renal failure were divided into two groups by lottery.The conventional group(n=35)received traditional nursing methods and the intervention group(n=35)received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results Compared with the conventional group,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the intervention group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for peritoneal dialysis patients with renal failure can improve the quality of life of patients,and patients have high recognition of nursing work and nursing staff.
