分析优质护理对急诊外科施行清创缝合患者的应激反应和满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的剖析急诊外科施行清创缝合治疗期间予以优质护理干预对患者应激反应及护理满意度的影响。方法我院收治的94例急诊外科创伤患者以随机抽签法分为两组,每组人数47例;一组对照组,施行临床基础护理;一组为观察组,基于基础护理施行优质护理模式。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、焦虑状态及护理满意度,研究两组患者在血压、心率及肾上腺激素水平等指标差异。结果观察组疼痛及焦虑评分低于对照组,且护理满意度为95.74%,与对照组(82.98%)相比差异明显(P<0.05)。在血压、心率及肾上腺激素水平方面,观察组指标也优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对急诊外科创伤患者予以清创缝合治疗期间,开展优质护理干预的价值理想,利于控制患者应激反应。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on stress response and nursing satisfaction of patients during the operation of debridement suture in emergency surgery.Methods A total of 94 patients with emergency surgical trauma were divided into two groups by random drawing,47 patients in each group;one group of control group,clinical basic nursing;one group was observation group,and based on basic nursing,the high-quality nursing mode was implemented.The differences of blood pressure,heart rate and adrenal hormone levels were studied by comparing the pain degree,anxiety state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The pain and anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing was 95.74%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(82.98%)(P<0.05).The blood pressure,heart rate and adrenal hormone levels were also better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of debridement and suture,the value of carrying out high-quality nursing intervention is ideal,which is beneficial to control the stress response of patients.
