产后延续护理对初产产妇产后泌乳及产后并发症的作用评价

摘　　要：目的分析研究产后延续护理对初产产妇产后泌乳及产后并发症的作用。方法本次研究对象均选自本院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的患者,共90例,按照就诊先后顺序对其进行平均分组,分别为研究组45例并对其开展产后延续护理干预,以及参照组45例并对其开展常规护理干预,比较两组的护理满意度、泌乳量和并发症发生情况。结果参照组患者泌乳率(84.44%)显著低于研究组(97.78%)(P<0.05);参照组患者并发症发生率(20.00%)显著高于研究组(2.22%)(P<0.05);参照组患者护理满意度显著低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论应用产后延续护理对初产产妇进行护理,能够显著的提高产妇的泌乳量,并减少产妇产后并发症的发生。Objective To study the effect of postpartum continuous nursing on postpartum lactation and postpartum complications of primipara.Methods The subjects of this study were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital.A total of 90 cases were divided into two groups according to the order of visits.45 cases in the study group were given postpartum continuing nursing intervention and 45 cases in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Lactation and complications.Results The lactation rate(84.44%)of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group(97.78%)(P<0.05);the incidence of complications(20.00%)of the reference group was significantly higher than that of the study group(2.22%)(P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum continuing nursing care for primipara can significantly improve the lactation of puerpera and reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications.
