早期康复护理干预对于急性脑血栓患者的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析早期康复护理干预对于急性脑血栓患者的护理效果。方法将本院于2018年1月至2020年12月收治的78例急性脑血栓患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),分别给予早期康复护理措施和常规护理干预。对比分析两组患者分别护理后护理满意度、护理前后QOL评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分、NIHSS评分变化、并发症发生率。结果在两组患者分别干预后分析护理满意度可见,观察组更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者QOL评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分、NIHSS评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05),在两组患者分别干预后分析Barthel评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、QOL评分、NIHSS评分可见,观察组改善更明显,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,观察组患者并发症发生率明显更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑血栓患者的临床治疗中对患者采取早期康复护理措施可明显提高患者生活质量以及运动功能,减轻脑神经系统损伤,更有利于护患关系和谐发展。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and who treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=39)and the control group(n=39)according to random number table method,early rehabilitation nursing measures and routine nursing intervention were given respectively.Then,the nursing satisfaction,QOL score,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel score,NIHSS score and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no significant difference in QOL score,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel score and NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the Barthel score,Fugl-Meyer,QOL score of observation group were significantly higher,the NIHSS score was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis,the early rehabilitation nursing measures can significantly improve the quality of life and motor function of patients,reduce the brain nervous system damage,and is more conducive to the harmonious development of nurse patient relationship.
