摘 要:在全球城市化背景下,城市需要作为独立单位介入竞争序列。引入文化产业中的IP概念,IP的基本特征与作用机制保证切入城市文化价值链的合理性,即IP可以统筹文化资源与文本资本两大范畴,满足城市文化在不同的形态、平台与空间中的自由流动,实现价值与增值。在整合城市文化资源的基础上,通过筛选塑造、开发制作、流通扩散与营销传播等环节实现城市文化的价值生成。当然也需要关注城市文化的公共属性,避免城市文化价值贬值现象的发生。Under the background of global urbanization,urbans need to participate in competition as independent units.The concept of IP here need to be introduced in cultural industry,because its basic characteristics and function mechanism can ensure the rationality of the value chain of urban culture,bridge cultural resources with cultural capital,make urban culture fl ow freely with diff erent forms,in platforms and spaces,and achieve urban cultural value and value-added.On the basis of integrating urban cultural resources,the value of urban culture can be realized through integrating urban cultural resources,and be ensured by such links as screening and shaping,developing and making,circulation and diff usion and marketing communication.Of course,it is also necessary to pay attention to the public attributes of urban culture to avoid the devaluation of urban cultural value.
