摘 要:以核电厂辅助管道的典型小径管对接焊缝为研究对象,按照标准RCC-M射线检测缺陷验收的1级规定和要求,设计加工了含人工焊接缺陷的试样,利用同一射线源分别与胶片和探测器组成胶片照相射线检测系统和数字射线成像检测系统,对试样的胶片照相射线检测和数字射线成像检测结果进行比对,分析了成像质量和缺陷检测能力。结果表明:数字射线成像检测技术应用于核电小径管的检测具有可行性。To test the typical butt weld of the small diameter pipes on the auxiliary pipelines in the nuclear power plant, reference samples were designed and manufactured according to the regulations and requirements specified by Level 1 of RCC-M of the radiographic testing and acceptance. Systems constructed by the same radiation source but with film and the digital radiography images, respectively, were used to test the above-mentioned samples and testing results including their respective imaging quality and the flaw detection ability were analyzed and compared. The results show that it is feasible for the digital radiography to test the small-diameter pipe in the nuclear power industry.
