摘　　要：报道3例DKA合并自发性纵隔气肿(SPM)患者并分析其临床特点,以提高临床医生的认识。SPM可能是DKA罕见并发症,具有自限性,预后良好。Three cases of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)complicated with spontaneous pneumomediastinum(SPM)were reported. The clinical characteristics of DKA combined with SPM were described to improve the understanding of the disease. SPM may be a rare complication of DKA with self limiting and good prognosis.
