摘　　要：A typographic error has been found in lines 5-8 on the left column of page 195."……for and only for a single temperature plasma system with T_(e)=T_(h)=T,the condition dG≤0(or dF≤0)reduces to dG<0(or dF≤0)"should be corrected as "……for and only for a single temperature plasma system with T_(e)=T_(h)=T,the condition dG≤0(or dF≤0)reduces to dG≤0(or dF≤0)".This error has no effect on the subsequent derivation or the conclusions of the paper.
