摘 要:一体化联合作战需要把情报信息、指挥控制、火力打击和综合保障等作战要素连为一体,形成无连链接的作战体系,从而制定高效协同,整体联动的作战计划。基于一体化联合作战交互共享的战场信息、分布式的动态规划与协调以及精确实时的指挥控制等特点,战场资源管理服务中心对各类资源的状态需要进行更加全面细致地把控,因此,资源统一管理和调度技术对作战资源的自动化管控有着重要的意义。针对现有的战场资源管理系统和应用需求特点,研究和分析了战场资源统一管理和调度的关键技术,并对现有的资源管理技术存在的问题和未来发展进行了探讨。Integrated joint warfare requires the integration of intelligence information, command and control, firepower and integrated security and other operational elements into one, forming a seamless operational system, so as to implement efficient coordination and overall linkage of operations.Based on the interactive sharing of battlefield information, distributed dynamic planning and coordination, and precise real-time command and control, the battlefield resource management service centre needs to control the status of various resources in a more comprehensive and detailed manner, so the unified resource management and scheduling technology is of great significance to the automated control of combat resources.In this paper, the key technologies for unified management and scheduling of battlefield resources are studied and analysed in view of the characteristics of existing battlefield resource management systems and application requirements, and the problems and future development of existing resource management technologies are discussed.
