摘 要:为了提高智能变电站继电保护控制和回路故障监测能力,提出基于深度学习的智能变电站继电保护二次回路故障监测方法。构建变电站继电保护二次回路参数辨识模型,根据智能变电站的工况和稳压参数的变化特征量进行故障信息采集,采用励磁电感支路电流综合分析方法进行智能变电站继电保护二次回路故障特征分布式融合,根据智能变电站继电开关校正系统的转差频率进行故障状态下的误差补偿控制,建立智能变电站继电保护的闭环控制参数解析控制模型,结合深度学习方法进行智能变电站继电保护二次回路故障特征分类检测,根据故障特征属性的分类结果,实现智能变电站继电保护二次回路的故障监测,在嵌入式的集成B/S环境构架下实现故障监测系统开发设计。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行智能变电站继电保护二次回路故障监测的实时性较好,故障检测的精度检测,对继电保护二次回路的状态观测和控制能力较好。In order to improve the ability of relay protection control and loop fault monitoring in smart substation, a method of relay protection secondary loop fault monitoring in smart substation based on deep learning is proposed.The parameter identification model of substation relay protection secondary circuit is constructed, fault information is collected according to the working conditions of intelligent substation and the variation characteristics of voltage stabilizing parameters, the fault characteristics of intelligent substation relay protection secondary circuit are distributed fused by adopting the comprehensive analysis method of excitation inductor branch current, and the error compensation control in fault state is carried out according to the slip frequency of relay switch correction system of intelligent substation.The analytical control model of closed-loop control parameters of relay protection in smart substation is established, and the fault characteristics of secondary circuit of relay protection in smart substation are classified and detected by deep learning method.According to the classification results of fault characteristics, the fault monitoring of secondary circuit of relay protection in smart substation is realized, and the development and design of fault monitoring system are realized under the embedded integrated B/S environment framework.The simulation results show that this method has better real-time performance, better accuracy of fault detection, and better ability of state observation and control of relay protection secondary circuit.
