摘 要:琴键开关是钢琴重要机械部件,与钢琴演奏质量关系密切。由于传统琴键开关运维技术存在机械故障位置定位不准确的问题,导致运维时间较长,因此提出一种钢琴琴键开关机械故障自动化运维技术。通过提取机械振动信号特征,反映运行状态;构建机械故障估算模型,确定故障位置;评估健康状态,调整自动化运维等级,以此完成自动化运维。实验结果表明,琴键开关整体运维时间少于传统方法,关键部件运维时间可缩短25%~50%,具有实际应用价值。Key switch is an important mechanical part of piano, which is closely related to the quality of piano performance.The traditional operation and maintenance technology of piano key switch has the problem of inaccurate mechanical fault location, which leads to long operation and maintenance time.Therefore, an automatic operation and maintenance technology of piano key switch mechanical fault is proposed.By extracting the characteristics of mechanical vibration signal, the running state is reflected;the mechanical fault estimation model is built to determine the fault location;the health status is evaluated, and the automatic operation and maintenance level is adjusted to complete the automatic operation and maintenance.The experimental results show that the overall operation and maintenance time of key switch is less than that of traditional methods, and the operation and maintenance time of key components can be reduced by 25~50%,which has practical application value.
