摘 要:为了提高神经外科护理管路故障的在线监测能力,提出基于物联网技术的神经外科护理管路故障监测系统设计方法。采用自相关特征检测方法,得到神经外科护理管路运行故障的参数采集模型。通过神经外科护理管路输出控制量用作的指令信号,得到设备故障的信息融合模型。构建互联融合调度的方法,得到神经外科护理管路故障特征提取值。在嵌入式为ARM系统中采用PLC总线控制协议,实现对神经外科护理管路故障监测系统的硬件设计。仿真测试结果表明,设计的神经外科护理管路故障监测系统输出稳定性较高,可靠性较好,提高了故障在线检测和诊断能力。In order to improve the online monitoring ability of pipeline fault in neurosurgical nursing, a design method of pipeline fault monitoring system for neurosurgical nursing based on Internet of Things technology was proposed.The parameter acquisition model of the operation fault of the neurosurgical nursing pipeline was obtained by using the autocorrelation feature detection method.The information fusion model of the equipment fault was obtained by the output of the command signal used as the control quantity through the neurosurgical nursing pipeline.The method of interconnection and fusion scheduling was established to obtain the extraction value of neurosurgical nursing pipeline fault features.PLC bus control protocol is used in embedded ARM system to realize the hardware design of fault monitoring system for neurosurgical nursing pipeline.The simulation test results show that the designed pipeline fault monitoring system for neurosurgical care has high output stability and reliability, and improves the ability of on-line fault detection and diagnosis.
