摘　　要：激光切割技术在电感式接近开关片式电阻阻值修调上起关键作用,激光调阻的准确性和时效性决定了接近开关批量生产的可行性。由于接近开关振荡电路中,磁芯和线圈的参数离散性决定了振幅补偿回路中的片式补偿电阻不可能是固定值,因此,片式电阻不可以提前切割,必须与磁芯和线圈组成电气回路进行。市场上激光调阻机的监控值一般为电阻值,对于接近开关生产有一定的局限性,新工艺采用的激光调阻监控值为产品的残留电压,整个切割的过程及合格标准与产品检查作业时的标准相对应,具有切割成功率高和可追溯性等优点。The technology of laser cutting played a key role in the resistance adjustment of the inductance proximity switch.The accuracy and timeliness of laser resistance adjustment determined the feasibility of mass production of proximity switch.As the parameter discreteness of the magnetic core and the coil determined that the chip compensation resistance in the amplitude compensation circuit cannot be fixed, the chip resistance cannot be cut in advance and it must be combined with the magnetic core and the coil to form an electrical circuit.The monitoring value of the laser resistance modulator on the market was the resistance value generally, which had certain limitations for proximity switch.The monitoring value of the laser resistance modulator adopted was the residual voltage of the product.The whole cuttings process and the qualified standard correspond to the standard of the product inspection operation, and it had the advantages of high cutting success rate and traceability.
