摘　　要：目的探讨被监管场所应用PDCA护理干预提升吸毒患者中心静脉导管护理质量的应用效果。方法对比2组中心静脉导管并发症发生率及依从性。结果观察组护理依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组导管并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在被监管场所应用PDCA护理干预可以提高吸毒患者中心静脉导管护理质量和依从性,降低导管并发症发生率,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the application of PDCA nursing intervention in supervised places to improve the quality of nursing care of drug-taking patients with central venous catheter.Methods Retrospective investigation method,will carry out from January 2018 to 2018 the end of December of PDCA nursing in hospital central venous catheter indwelling 40 patients as control group,will be in July 2019 to July 2020 in PDCA nursing care of central venous catheter indwelling 40 patients as observation group,compared two groups before and after the PDCA care center venous catheter complications and compliance.Results The nursing compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of catheter complications and catheter infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA nursing intervention in supervised places can improve the quality and compliance of central venous catheter nursing,reduce the incidence of catheter complications and infection,and is worthy of application.
