摘　　要：目的探析髋关节置换术患者应用多元化护理模式对髋关节功能、并发症的影响。方法随机选取2019年2月-2021年2月间行髋关节置换术治疗的患者60例为研究对象,依据入院日期的奇偶分为2组,即参照组(n=30)与多元化组(n=30)。参照组应用常规护理,多元化组应用多元化护理模式,统计2组护理后的髋关节功能、心理情绪评分与并发症发生率、护理满意率。结果相较于参照组,多元化组护理后Harris量表评分明显更高,SAS、SDS评分明显更低(P<0.05)。多元化组并发症发生率低于参照组,护理满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术患者应用多元化护理模式,能够缓解负性心理,改善其髋关节功能,预防并发症发生,临床价值显著。Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing mode on hip joint function and complications for patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods 60 patients with hip replacement from February 2019 to February 2021 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the parity of fracture date,namely reference group(n=30)and diversified group(n=30).The reference group applied basic nursing,while the diversified group applied diversified nursing mode.The hip function,psychological and emotional score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results compared with the control group,the results of Harris scale in the diversified group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the results of SAS and SDS scale were significantly smaller(P<0.05).The complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the reference group were 20.00%and 70.00%,respectively.The complication rate of the diversified group(3.33%)was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate(93.33%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified nursing mode for patients with hip replacement can relieve their psychological emotions and improve their hip joint function.And establish mutual trust between doctors and patients,prevent the occurrence of complications,clinical application value is significant.
