摘　　要：目的分析初产妇自控硬膜外分娩镇痛知信行水平的影响因素。方法选择2020年10月—12月于高安市骨伤医院分娩的100例初产妇作为研究对象,使用孕妇自控硬膜外分娩镇痛知信行调查问卷调查不同年龄、孕次、家庭支持功能、居住环境、文化程度、家庭月收入、医疗保险、妊娠期合并症初产妇的知信行水平,分析相关影响因素。结果不同年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、居住环境、家庭支持功能的初产妇自控硬膜外分娩镇痛知信行问卷得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以逐步回归法作多重线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、居住环境、家庭支持功能均是自控硬膜外分娩镇痛知信行水平的独立影响因素。结论年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入水平、居住环境、家庭支持功能是初产妇自控硬膜外分娩镇痛知信行水平的独立影响因素,应针对其应采取科学可行的干预措施,以达到提高生育安全、促进自然分娩的目标。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of knowledge and belief level of patient-controlled epidural labor analgesia in primipara.Methods A total of 100 primipara who delivered in our hospital from October 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The knowledge level of primipara with different age,number of pregnancies,family support function,living environment,education level,monthly family income,medical insurance,and pregnancy complications was investigated by patient-controlled epidural labor analgesia knowledge bank survey,and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Results There was have significant difference in the scores of patient-controlled epidural labor analgesia knowledge bank questionnaire among primipara with different age,education level,monthly family income,living environment and family support function(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis using stepwise regression showed that age,education level,monthly family income,living environment,and family support function were all factors influencing the level of knowledge and belief in patient-controlled epidural labor analgesia.Conclusion Age,education level,monthly family income level,living environment and family support function are the influencing factors of self-controlled epidural labor analgesia in primipara.Scientific and feasible intervention measures should be taken to improve fertility safety and promote natural delivery.
