摘　　要：目的探讨局部麻醉下椎间孔镜手术患者采用术中心理护理结合耳穴按摩干预对提高配合度的作用。方法选择保定市第一中医院2020年7月—2021年2月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者70例,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=35),常规护理与试验组(n=35),术中心理护理结合耳穴按摩,对比2组手术配合度、护理满意度,并采用焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)自评量表评价患者术前术后的负性情绪。结果试验组手术配合度、护理满意度高于对照组,术后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部麻醉下椎间孔镜手术治疗患者采用术中心理护理结合耳穴按摩干预效果理想,能够提高手术配合度与护理满意度,且可明显改善负性情绪,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative psychological nursing combined with auricular massage intervention on improving the cooperation degree of patients with transforaminal endoscopic surgery under local anesthesia.Methods 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation in Baoding First Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into routine nursing control group(n=35)and experimental group(n=35)with intraoperative psychological nursing combined with auricular massage intervention.The operation cooperation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the patients were evaluated with self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Depression Scale(SDS)The negative emotional state of patients before and during operation.Results The operative cooperation degree and nursing satisfaction degree in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the intraoperative SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intraoperative psychological nursing combined with auricular massage intervention on patients undergoing transforaminal endoscopic surgery under local anesthesia is ideal,which can improve the operation cooperation and nursing satisfaction of patients,and can significantly improve the negative emotional state of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
