中药沐手在血液透析内瘘功能障碍患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药沐手用于血液透析内瘘功能障碍患者对内瘘血流量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—12月兴国县中医院收治的92例血液透析内瘘功能障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各46例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中药沐手干预,比较2组干预效果、内瘘血流量。结果观察组干预总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的76.09%,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组干预后透析血流量、彩超血流量为(196.58±15.35)mL/min、(803.39±65.14)mL/min,高于对照组的(184.65±13.85)mL/min、(735.52±60.25)mL/min,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药沐手在血液透析内瘘功能障碍患者中的应用价值较高,能够增加内瘘血流量,利于减轻内瘘功能障碍。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hand-washing on internal fistula blood flow in patients with hemodialysis internal fistula dysfunction.Methods A total of 92 patients with hemodialysis internal fistula dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine hand-washing intervention.The intervention effect and internal fistula blood flow were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%,higher than 76.09%of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the dialysis blood flow and color ultrasound blood flow in the observation group were(196.58±15.35)mL/min and(803.39±65.14)mL/min,which were higher than(184.65±13.85)mL/min and(735.52±60.25)mL/min in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of traditional Chinese medicine hand-washing in patients with hemodialysis internal fistula dysfunction is high,which can increase the blood flow of internal fistula and alleviate the internal fistula dysfunction.
