摘　　要：目的比较维吾尔族与汉族2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并特发性膜性肾病(IMN)患者的临床和病理特点。方法回顾性分析行肾穿刺活检并经病理明确诊断为IMN的维吾尔族(A组,28例)和汉族(B组,40例)T2DM患者的临床与病理资料,比较两组相关指标的差异。结果与B组比较,A组T2DM病程短,BMI大,高尿酸血症比例以及胆固醇、LDL-C水平高(P<0.05)。两组性别构成比、年龄、患高血压比例、出现血尿和浮肿的比例、抗磷脂酶A2受体抗体阳性率、血压、血糖、蛋白尿、血浆白蛋白、肾功能以及IMN病理特点比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维吾尔族与汉族T2DM合并IMN患者的临床和病理特点相似。Objective To compare the clinical and pathological characteristics of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) accompanied with idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN) in the Uyghurs and the Hans.Methods The clinical and pathological data of the Uyghurs(group A,28 cases) and Hans(group B,40 cases) T2 DM patients with IMN diagnosed by kidney biopsy and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.The related indexes between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with group B,the course of T2 DM was shorter, BMI and the proportion of hyperuricemia and levels of cholesterol and LDL-C were higher in group A(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the sex ratio, age, hypertension, hematuria, edema, anti-phospholipase A2 receptor antibody positive rate, and the levels of blood pressure, blood glucose, proteinuria, plasma albumin, renal function and IMN pathological characteristics between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical and pathological characteristics of T2 DM patients with IMN in the Uyghurs are similar to those in the Hans.
