摘  要:[目的]探讨个性化3D打印髋臼垫块和臼杯在髋关节翻修中的临床效果。[方法] 2015年7月—2019年7月,采用个性化3D打印模型术前规划,术中应用3D打印金属垫块和臼杯翻修治疗30例髋臼松动并骨缺损患者。总结临床资料。[结果] 30例患者均顺利手术,无严重并发症。随访时间1.5~4年,平均(2.58±0.92)年,术后30例患者功能均达到满意恢复。与术前相比,末次随访时,30例患者VAS评分显著下降,而Harris评分显著增加(P<0.05)。影像方面,30例患者术后髋旋转中心均达到良好恢复,假体位置良好,无松动。[结论]个性化3D打印垫块和臼杯,可个性化的匹配髋臼松动与骨缺损情况,优化手术操作,近期临床效果满意。[Objective] To explore the clinical outcomes of personalized 3 D printed acetabular pad and cup used in revision hip arthroplasty for acetabular component loosening with bone defect. [Methods] From July 2015 to July 2019, 30 patients underwent revision hip arthroplasty with individualized 3 D printed metal pads and acetabular cup after preoperative planning in the 3 D printed pelvis for acetabular component loosening and bone defects. The clinical documents were summarized in the 30 patients. [Results] All 30 patients had revision hip arthroplasty performed successfully without serious complications, and were followed up for 1.5~4 years, with an average of(2.58±0.92)years. All 30 patients achieved satisfactory functional recovery after operation. The VAS score decreased significantly, while the Harris score increased significantly in all patients at the latest follow-up compared with those before revision surgery(P<0.05). In terms of imaging evaluation, the 30 patients had a good recovery of the hip rotation center after the operation, with all prosthetic components in proper position without loosening. [Conclusion] The personalized 3 D printed pad and cup do match the concrete acetabular bone defect and pathology perfectly, which optimize the surgical operation to achieve satisfactory short-term outcomes.
