摘  要:高速铁路运行环境安全检测是运营检测和联调联试的重要工作。现有高速铁路运行环境视频采集系统容易受外界因素影响,视频图像存在噪声多、亮度暗等问题,且无法在会议车大屏幕实时展示。提出一种基于高速综合检测列车的运行环境视频采集增强系统,首先搭建全千兆带宽的光纤数据环网,并基于分布式多计算机切换器实现视频图像的多终端实时监控与展示,然后利用Retinex图像增强算法提升视频图像的亮度,并在实际高铁线路上进行试验验证。结果表明:该系统能获取高亮度的高铁运行环境视频数据,并实现视频实时展示,可为高速铁路运行环境安全检测任务提供重要数据支撑。Safety detection of high speed railway operation environment is an important work of operation inspection and testing and commissioning.The existing video capture system of high speed railway operation environment is prone to the influence of external factors,and the video&images obtained have issues such as excessive noise or insufficient brightness,and cannot be displayed on the large screen of conference car in real time.In accordance with the characteristics of high speed comprehensive inspection trains,the paper proposes a video capture enhancement system of operation environment.Firstly,an optical fiber data ring network with full gigabit bandwidth is built,and the multi-terminal real-time monitoring and display of video images are realized based on the distributed multi-computer switch.Secondly,Retinex image enhancement algorithm is used to improve the brightness of video images,which is verified by experiments carried out on operational HSR tracks.The results show that the system can capture the highbrightness video data of HSR operation environment,and realize the real-time display of videos,which can provide an important data support for the safety detection of high speed railway operation environment.
