摘  要:根据投影变形定量分析了地方独立坐标系建立时选取中央子午线和抵偿高程面的方法。当测区东西跨度不大于90km,高差不大于300m时,中央子午线可以选择测区中央附近,抵偿高程面可以选择平均高程面。当测区地势复杂,高程变化较大时,一般中央子午线会选取测区中央附近,而抵偿高程面则宜选择使整个测区投影变形不超限区域的比例达到最大的高程面。According to the projection deflection,we quantitative analysis of method to choose the central meridian and projection datum plane with compensation effect,to establish the local independent coordinate system.When the span of the measuring area from east to west is no more than 90km,and the altitude difference is no more than 300m,we can choose a meridian around the center of the measuring area and choose a projection datum plane around the mean height of the survey area.But when the terrain of the survey area is complex,such as the altitude difference is huge,we can choose the meridian around the center,and the projection datum plane should choose the height surface that make the percentage of the area,whose deflection is less than the tolerance,to the maximum.
