摘 要:在对超重力(Higee)实验装置的气液分配构件进行适当改进的基础上,探究了Higee技术应用于石化企业挥发性有机物(VOCs)溶剂吸收的强化传质过程。实验结果表明,VOCs能够被吸收的最佳操作条件为旋转填料床(RPB)转速2 000 r/min、温度10℃、VOCs进气含量4%(φ);与常规填料塔吸收技术相比,RPB气体停留时间短,对不稳定物料条件的适应性强,同样条件下,达到稳态运行所需的时间仅为填料塔的1/30,处理效率高,具有良好的工业应用前景。On the basis of improving the gas-liquid distribution component of high gravity(Higee)experimental device,the enhanced mass transfer process of solvent absorption of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in petrochemical enterprises was investigated using the Higee technology.The experimental results show that the best operating conditions for VOCs absorption are at the rotating packed bed(RPB)speed of 2000 r/min,operation temperature of 10℃ and VOCs concentration of 4%(φ).Compared with the conventional packed tower absorption technology,RPB has shorter gas residence time and stronger adaptability to unstable material conditions.Under the same conditions,the time required to achieve steady-state operation is only 1/30 of that of packed tower,and the treatment efficiency is high,which has a promising prospect for industrial application.
