大健康产业背景下智慧养老服务用户采纳因素研究——基于感知质量的视角

摘　　要：在大健康产业发展背景下,推广智慧养老服务模式是积极应对人口老龄化、实现健康养老的重要战略性议题。为探讨智慧养老服务老年用户采纳因素,基于感知质量的视角,构建一个包含六个维度感知质量因素的智慧养老服务用户满意度与采纳意愿研究模型。通过问卷调查获取数据,采用结构方程模型进行了实证检验。结果表明,感知质量的六个维度均对用户满意度产生显著的正向影响,且在影响程度方面存在差异。交互质量、结果质量是对用户满意度和采纳意愿直接影响最大的两个感知质量因素;除物质环境质量和平台系统质量外,其他因素均对用户采纳意愿产生直接正向影响;满意度在交互质量、结果质量、信息质量、平台服务质量与采纳意愿之间产生部分中介效应。最后根据研究结论提出了相关的政策建议。Smart elderly care service is an important strategic issue to actively deal with the population aging and health pension under the development of comprehensive health industry. The purpose of this research is to provide insight into the influence factors of user adoption of smart elderly care services. Based on the perspective of perceived quality, this paper presents a theoretical research model of satisfaction and adoption intention to use smart elderly care services, which incorporates six dimensions of perceived quality factors. The data are collected by questionnaire survey, and the hypotheses and theoretical models are empirically analyzed by structural equation modeling(SEM).The results shows that the perceived quality of all six dimensions has a significant positive impact on satisfaction with different impact degree. Among all the perceived quality factors, interaction quality and outcome quality are the two factors that have the greatest influence on satisfaction and user adoption intention. Except the quality of physical environment and system quality, other factors have a direct positive effect on the adoption intention. In addition, satisfaction has a partial mediating effect among the interaction quality, outcome quality, information quality, platform service quality and user adoption intention. Finally, according to the research results, some policy implications are presented for smart home elderly care services.
