摘　　要：目的:为2022冬奥会的医疗保障提供参考。方法:回顾分析参加2019-2020张家口市崇礼区太舞国际雪联自由式滑雪雪上技巧世界杯(以下简称"太舞站")和2019-2020国际雪联自由式滑雪及单板滑雪U型场地世界杯云顶站(以下简称"云顶站")的运动员损伤及救治情况,分析损伤类型和受伤部位等。结果:2019-2020雪季崇礼两站滑雪世界杯共发生16例较严重的受伤事件,占运动员总数的8%。头颈部(37.5%)是最常见的受伤部位,关节和(或)韧带的损伤(43.8%)是最常见的损伤类型。结论:滑雪比赛中运动员具有较高的受伤风险。赛事医疗保障指挥部和医疗官的设置、比赛场地(field of play,FOP)医疗小组和救援队的参与和雪场本身的基础医疗设施共同组成了救治一线。在院内医疗保障方面,应侧重于骨科和颅脑外科的准备。Objective To provide references for medical security in the 2022 Winter Olympics.Methods The injuries and treatment of athletes participating in the 2019-2020 Thaiwoo FIS Freestyle Ski Moguls World Cup(Thaiwoo Ski Resort)and the FIS Freeski&Snowboard World Cup 2019/2020-HalfPipe Moguls(Genting Resort)in Chongli District,Zhangjiakou were analyzed retrospectively.The types and sites of injuries were analyzed.Results Sixteen serious injuries occurred in the two skiing World Cup stations in Chongli during the 2019-2020 snow season,accounting for 8%of the total number of athletes.Head and neck injuries(37.5%)were the most common site of injury,while joint and/or ligament injuries(43.8%)were the most common type.Conclusion Athletes in skiing competitions are of high risks of injury.The medical security headquarter and medical officials,the field of playteam and rescue team,and the basic medical facilities of the snow resort itself constitute the frontline of treat and cure.In terms of in-hospital medical care,emphasis should be placed on the preparation for orthopaedic and craniocerebral surgery.
