摘　　要：文章以BIM技术为基础,提出BIM快速建模技术,弥补传统仿真软件不足,分析BIM技术下的仿真模拟软件便利性,并结合实际地铁车站探讨发生火灾时的疏散新思路。Based on BIM technology, this paper puts forward the BIM rapid modeling technology to make up for the deficiency of traditional simulation software and analyzes the convenience of simulation software under BIM technology. It also discusses new ideas of evacuation in case of fire in actual subway station.
