高职实验室精细化管理的探索与研究--以西安铁路职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：近年来各院校大多通过对实验室进行精细化管理来消除安全隐患,解决实验管理制度不健全的问题。在实践教学中,通过精细化管理营造出有利于“三全育人”的实践教学环境,提升学生职业素养,培养学生的工匠精神。对校企共建实验室进行精细化管理也将有利于校企合作项目的安全、顺利开展,双高建设中也提出了实训条件的建设要求,因此在大批双高建设院校中,实验室建设和精细化管理亦将是重点工作之一。In recent years, most colleges and universities have carried out meticulous management of laboratories to eliminate potential safety hazards and solve the problem of imperfect laboratory management system. In practice, through fine management, we can create a practice teaching environment conducive to "three complete education", which can improve students’ professional quality and cultivate students’ craftsmanship spirit. The fine management of the university enterprise joint construction laboratory will also be good for the safe and smooth development of the school enterprise cooperation project. The construction requirements of practical training conditions are also put forward in the construction of double high school. Therefore, in a large number of double high school construction institutions, the construction and fine management of laboratory will also be one of the key work.
