摘  要:高锰酸盐指数是一个相对的条件性指标,其测定结果与溶液的酸度、高锰酸盐浓度、加热温度和时间有关。因此,测定时必须严格遵守操作规定,使其结果具可比性。此次通过对有证标准物质的分析实验来研究加热时间对测定结果的影响。实验显示,在实验室当地,海拔为1980米,水的沸点为93℃的情况下,采用酸性法测定水中高锰酸盐指数,水浴时间为32分钟时,高锰酸盐指数测定结果的准确度更高。Permanganate index is a relative conditional index, and its determination results are related to the acidity of solution, permanganate concentration, heating temperature and time. Therefore, the operation regulations must be strictly observed to make the results comparable. Through the analysis experiment of certified reference materials, the paper studied the influence of heating time on the determination results. The experiment shows that the accuracy of the determination results is higher when the bath time is 32 minutes, at the altitude of 1980 meters and the boiling point of water is 93℃ in the laboratory.
