摘　　要：益智为四大南药之一,也是药食同源的药物,临床应用广泛。益智炮制历史悠久,近年来关于益智的炮制研究取得了新的进展。通过查阅有关益智炮制的历代本草典籍、国家及地方标准与现代研究文献,对益智的炮制历史沿革,现代炮制工艺,炮制前后化学成分、药理作用变化等进行梳理,总结炮制相关研究现状,分析其发展方向,为益智的临床合理用药以及进一步的研究提供参考。Yizhi(Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, AOF),one of the four major southern drugs, also is the drug with homology of medicine and food and widely used. In recent years, new progress has been made in the processing of AOF in the long processing history. In this paper, by consulting the ancient herbal books, national and local standards and modern research literature on the processing of AOF, the processing history, modern processing technology, chemical composition and pharmacological changes before and after processing of AOF were sorted out, the processing related research status was summarized, and its development direction was analyzed, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and further research of AOF.
