清热益气法干预肠道菌群治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病是胰岛素作用障碍所致的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。随着经济的发展,我国2型糖尿病患病率也在逐年增长。中药降糖的临床研究与机制研究一直是中医药防治糖尿病研究的重点与难点,而近年来,肠道菌群与控制血糖的关系成为研究热点之一。清热益气类中药治疗2型糖尿病临床效果确切,在提高患者生存质量、减轻临床症状、改善胰岛素抵抗等方面显示出一定的优势,并对肠道菌群有明显的调节作用,可为2型糖尿病的治疗提供新的方向,概述了清热益气法中药干预肠道菌群治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展。Type 2 diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia caused by insulin dysfunction. With the development of economy, the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in China is increasing year by year. The clinical and mechanism study of hypoglycemic effect of traditional Chinese medicine has always been the focus and difficulty in the study of diabetes prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, the relationship between intestinal flora and blood glucose control has become one of the research hot spots. The clearing heat and invigorating Qi method for type 2 diabetes has clinical effect and can improve patients’ quality of life, relieve the clinical symptoms and improve insulin resistance. It shows certain advantages and has obvious adjustment to the intestinal flora, providing a new direction for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. This paper summarized the method of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in intestinal flora research progress for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
