紫仙助孕汤结合调任通督针刺疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探究紫仙助孕汤结合调任通督针刺疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床疗效及安全性。方法研究纳入111例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,均由医院2017年7月—2019年4月收治,采取随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组患者(55例)西医常规疗法,观察组患者(56例)在西医常规疗法基础上联合紫仙助孕汤及调任通督针刺疗法治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后中医症状(月经不调或闭经、烦躁易怒、情志抑郁、头晕耳鸣、胸肋胀满、腰膝酸软等)积分变化及子宫内膜、卵巢体积变化、激素水平变化、血清瘦素及游离脂肪酸水平变化、治疗后优卵排出率、1年妊娠率、不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(96.43%,54/56)高于对照组(83.64%,44/55)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者月经不调或闭经、烦躁易怒、情志抑郁、头晕耳鸣、胸肋胀满、腰膝酸软等中医症状积分、子宫内膜、卵巢体积、雌二醇、黄体生成素、睾酮、促卵泡素等激素水平、血清瘦素及游离脂肪酸水平比较(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者月经不调或闭经、烦躁易怒、情志抑郁、头晕耳鸣、胸肋胀满、腰膝酸软等中医症状积分、子宫内膜、卵巢体积、雌二醇、黄体生成素、睾酮、促卵泡素等激素水平、血清瘦素及游离脂肪酸水平均改善,观察组患者治疗后月经不调或闭经、烦躁易怒、情志抑郁、头晕耳鸣、胸肋胀满、腰膝酸软等中医症状积分、子宫内膜、卵巢体积、雌二醇、黄体生成素、睾酮、促卵泡素等激素水平、血清瘦素及游离脂肪酸水平均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者不良反应率(3.57%,2/56)低于对照组(16.36%,9/55),优卵排出率(67.86%,38/56)高于对照组(36.36%,20/55),1年妊娠率(53.57%,30/56)高于对照组(27.27%,15/55)(P<0.05)。结论紫仙助孕汤结合调任通督针刺疗法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床疗效显著,患者症状改善,Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Zixian Zhuyun Decoction(紫仙助孕汤) combined with regulating Ren and dredging Du meridians acupuncture in the treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 111 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility from July 2017 to April 2019,by taking a random number table method, were divided into control group(55 patients) with conventional western medicine therapy and observation group(56 patients) on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy adding Zixian Zhuyun Decoction combined with regulating Ren and dredging Du meridians acupuncture. Two groups’ scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(menstruation to be not moved or amenorrhea, irritability, modern depression, dizziness tinnitus, chest and rib fullness, lumbar debility, etc.),endometrial and ovarian volume, hormone levels, serum levels of leptin and free fatty acid, the rate of excellent egg excretion after treatment, 1-year pregnancy rate and adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate(96.43%,54/56) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(83.64%,44/55)(P<0.05). Before treatment, two groups’ irregular periods or amenorrhea, irritability, modern depression, dizziness tinnitus, chest and rib fullness, lumbar debility and TCM symptoms integral, endometrial and ovarian volume, estradiol, luteinizing hormone, testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, leptin and free fatty acid were not significant(P>0.05). After treatment, those of the treatment group were improved and superior to those of the control group(P<0.05). The rate of adverse reactions(3.57%,2/56) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(16.36%,9/55). The rate of egg excretion(67.86%,38/56) was higher than that in the control group(36.36%,20/55), and the rate of 1-year pregnancy(53.57%,30/56) was higher than that in the control group(27.27%,15/55)(P<0.05).
