摘　　要：肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,腹泻是大肠癌术后常见的并发症之一,且易反复发作,缠绵难愈,严重影响着患者的术后康复和生活质量,给患者带来很大的痛苦和心理负担。目前西医对于肠癌术后腹泻缺乏系统有效的治疗方案,中医药却对此颇有良效,不仅能改善患者肠癌术后腹泻情况,还可以辨证预防肠癌复发转移。吕志刚教授是知名中医肿瘤专家,在诊治恶性肿瘤方面临床经验丰富,且对中医经典研究颇深,且有自己独到的见解。吕教授认为肠癌术后难治性腹泻的主要病机以脾肾虚弱为主,且肠癌术后复发转移与"阳虚不制而阴翳从生"有关,故时刻注意固护脾肾,且常加用温热扶阳之品以预防复发转移,并辨病辨证结合处方用药,往往收效甚益,下面通过验案一则说明中医药可以明显改善患者肠癌术后腹泻症状,提高患者生活质量。Intestinal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract.Diarrhea is one of the common complications after surgery for intestinal cancer. It is easy to relapse and linger, which seriously affects the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of patients, and brings great pain and psychological burden to patients.At present, Western medicine lacks effective treatment for postoperative diarrhea of intestinal cancer.Chinese medicine has a good effect on this, not only can improve the postoperative diarrhea of intestinal cancer, but also can distinguish syndrome anti-tumor treatment.Professor LYU Zhigang is a well-known TCM oncologist and has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.Professor LYU believes that the pathogenesis of refractory diarrhea after bowel cancer surgery is mainly spleen and kidney weakness.He believes that the treatment should always pay attention to the spleen and kidney, and dialectical and prescription drugs.This practice often works very well.The following is a medical case to show that Chinese medicine can significantly improve the symptoms of postoperative diarrhea in patients with intestinal cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.
