摘　　要：痛风性关节炎是风湿免疫科最常见的疾病之一,随着发病率的逐年增长和各医家对本病的不断探究,其治法也呈多元化。通过查阅近年来相关文献可知,中医内治法治疗本病具有一定优势,且有疗效显著、不良反应较少等优势,临床诊疗值得推广。Gouty arthritis, as one of the most common diseases in rheumatology, shows an increasing trend in morbidity. Owing to constant exploration of various medical practitioners, the therapies of gouty arthritis have been also diversified. A review of the latest literature indicates that the internal therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating gouty arthritis, such as significant efficacy and few adverse effects. Therefore, it is worth promoting the TCM-based internal therapy in clinical practice.
