摘　　要：帕金森病是临床常见的锥体外系神经系统病变,其运动症状主要为静止性震颤、运动迟缓、姿势平衡障碍等,严重影响患者的日常工作和学习。目前尚无可以根治的药物,随着西医的治疗的有限及其不良反应的显现,中医治疗成为一大热点,尤其是针灸治疗的优点越来越显现。文章综述近年针灸治疗帕金森的现状,为针灸治疗帕金森提供理论依据及临床指导。Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a common extrapyramidal nervous system disease in clinic. Its motor symptoms are mainly static tremor, bradykinesia, posture balance disorder and so onand it seriously affects patients’ daily work and study. At present, there is still no medicine that can cure the disease in the world. With the limited treatment of western medicine and the appearance of its side effects, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot spot, especially the advantages of acupuncture treatment are becoming more and more obvious. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the current situation of acupuncture treatment of parkinson’s disease in recent ten years, andprovide theoretical basis and clinical guidance for acupuncture treatment of parkinson’s disease.
