摘　　要：李氏砭法是李道政先生通过40余年的临床实践,持守经典,守正创新,而形成独具中医特色的刮痧疗法体系。凭其卓越的临床疗效,为中医带来了全新的治疗技术和临床思维,获得广大医务工作者及患者的认可。但当前习练李氏砭法之术者众多,深入研究其理者甚少,影响了李氏砭法的传播和弘扬。故文章从李道政先生的生平、虎符铜砭刮痧工具蕴意、八大核心理论的内涵角度对李氏砭法及理论体系进行尝试性阐释,希望大众能够更好地传承、实践这一创新性刮痧技能,早日实现李师"藏医于民,民不疾困"的宏愿。LI’s scraping method is a scraping therapy system with unique characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, which is based on more than 40 years of clinical practice, adhering to the classics, upholding integrity and innovation. With its excellent clinical efficacy, it has brought a new treatment technology and clinical thinking to TCM, and has been recognized by doctors and patients. However, there are many people practicing LI’s scraping method and few people studying it deeply, which affects the spread and promotion of LI’s scraping method. Therefore, this paper attempted to explain LI’s scraping method and theoretical system again from the perspective of LI Daozheng’s life, the implication of Hufu copper board and the connotation of the eight core theories, hoping that the public can better inherit and practice this innovative scraping skills, and realize LI’s great wish of "let people understand the treatment methods and the people will not be ill" as soon as possible.
