摘　　要：哮病的病因、病机理论的发展大概经历了4个时期,一为秦汉起源期,从《黄帝内经》对哮病病因、病机最早的文字记载,到张仲景《金匮要略》,形成了哮病病因、病机理论的早期认识;二为晋隋唐发展期,巢元方《诸病源候论》是我国最早论述以内科为主各科病病因和证候的专著,对哮病的病因、病机认识逐渐扩展;三为宋金元丰富期,《普济本事方》《丹溪心法》丰富了哮病的病因病机理论;四为明清完善期,继承并完善了哮病的病因、病机理论。The development of etiology and pathogenesis of asthma has probably experienced four periods. The origin period is Qin and Han Dynasties. The earliest records in The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine and ZHANG Zhongjing’s Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber formed the early understanding about the etiology and pathogenesis of asthma. Jin, Sui and Tang Dynasties are the developing period. CHAO Yuanfang’s Zhubing Yuanhou Lun is the earliest work of internal medicine in China, gradually extending the etiology and pathogenesis of asthma. The third period is Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties. Puji Benshi Fang and Danxi Xinfa have enriched the pathogenesis theory. The fourth is Ming and Qing Dynasties and the etiology and pathogenesis of asthma have been inherited and perfected.
