摘  要:KM6空间环境模拟器(简称“KM6容器”)作为我国载人航天事业重要的大型试验设备已服役超过20年,完成了100次系统级真空热试验。粗抽真空系统是KM6容器重要的组成部分之一,主要作用是将KM6容器从大气压抽真空至5Pa以下。为了深入了解粗抽过程中的压力变化规律,为粗抽系统的稳定运行及后续的升级改造提供理论参考,同时验证CFX用于大型容器抽气过程模拟分析的适用性,本文结合5组真空热试验粗抽过程中的数据开展了分析工作,给出了抽气过程各阶段的压力变化规律。The KM6 space environment simulator(named as the“KM6 chamber”),as an important large-scale test equipment for China′s manned space industry,has been in service for more than 20 years and has completed nearly 100 system-level vacuum thermal tests.The rough vacuum system is one of the most important components of the KM6 chamber.Its main function is to evacuate the KM6 chamber from atmospheric pressure to below 5 Pa.In order to deeply understand the pressure change law in the roughing process,to provide a theoretical reference for the stable operation of the roughing system and subsequent upgrades,and to verify the applicability of CFX for the simulation analysis of the extraction process of large chambers,this article combines 5 sets of vacuum thermal test data in the experiment roughing process to analyze,and the pressure change law of each stage of the pumping process is given.
