摘　　要：针对金属多孔材料真空烧结炉的工艺和控制要求,对原有控制系统进行了改造。采用工控机作为上位机并组态监控人机界面,可编程控制器(PLC)和温控仪作为下位机进行程序设计,提高原有系统运行的可靠性、操作的自动化、工艺的稳定性。根据生产运行情况,改造后的系统解决了原有设备在工艺控制精度、操作便捷性及节约能耗等方面存在的问题,实现了改造目的。According to the process and control requirements of the vacuum sintering furnace for porous metal materials,the original control system is modified.The industrial control computer is used as the host computer and the monitor human-computer interface is configured.PLC and temperature controller are used as the lower computer for programming,which improve the operation reliability,operation automation and process stability.Based on the production and operation,the problems of process control accuracy,operation convenience and energy saving are solved,realizing the purpose of modification.
