摘  要:炼钢-连铸批量计划与生产调度是实现钢铁生产降本增效的重要途径,传统"分而治之"的编制方法由于多种不确定因素的影响难以保证大规模钢铁生产物流资源与时间的动态平衡.鉴于此,从数学建模和优化方法两个角度对国内研究状况进行综述,针对不确定环境下大规模炼钢-连铸批量计划与生产调度问题,论述基于拉氏松弛框架的一体化调度方法的研究现状,并对未来进行展望.Steelmaking-continuous casting batch planning and production scheduling are important ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency in steel production.The traditional"divide and conquer"compilation method is affected by many uncertain factors,and it is difficult to ensure the dynamic balance of logistics resources and time for large-scale steel production.Therefore,this article gives an overview of domestic research from the perspectives of mathematical modeling and optimization methods,mainly for large-scale steelmaking-continuous casting batch planning and production scheduling problems under uncertain environments.It also discusses the research status of integrated scheduling methods based on Lagrangian relaxation framework,and proposes the prospects of the future research.
