摘  要:理论上水体样品采用液相色谱荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)直接进样的模式,可满足地表水(限值0.1 mg·L-1)和行业废水(限值0.03 mg·L^(−1))的对苯胺的监测需求。但是,在实际样品测试时,水体的基体效应将造成方法灵敏度降低;且水中颗粒物可能堵塞色谱柱造成仪器故障无法检测。将样品通过氨基或强阳离子交换柱过滤,可有效去除水中颗粒物和基体干扰,实现直接进样HPLC-FLD测定水中的苯胺。当进样量为40μL时,方法检出限为0.003 mg·L^(−1),满足水质监测需求。与液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法(HPLC-QQQ)比较,两种方法在测定地表水、地下水和印染废水等多种水质样品的测定结果都有可比性和一致性。本方法简便省时、易于推广优点,适用于水中苯胺的快速检测。Theoretically,direct sample injection by liquid chromatography fluorescence detection method(HPLC-FLD)can meet the monitoring requirements of aniline in surface water(limit value 0.1 mg·L^(−1))and industrial wastewater(limit value 0.03 mg·L^(−1)).However,during the actual sample test,the matrix effect of water body would cause a reduce of the method sensitivity;Moreover,the water particles may block the chromatographic column and cause the instrument failure.After filtered and purified by an amino acid column or a strong anion exchange column,the interference of particles and matrix in water could be effectively removed,and then it could be injected and analyzed directly by HPLC-FLD.When the injection volume was 40μL,the detection limit was 0.003 mg·L^(−1),which meets the needs of water environmental quality monitoring.Compared with liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(HPLC-QQQ),these two methods were comparable and consistent in various water samples,including surface water,groundwater and printing and dyeing wastewaters.The method has the advantages of time saving and popularization and is suitable for the rapid detection of aniline in water.
