微信健康教育对门诊性传播疾病患者影响的研究

摘　　要：目的分析微信健康教育措施对改善门诊性传播疾病(又称:性病)患者的依从性及安全性行为的影响。方法选取2020年4—6月滕州市中心人民医院收治的178例性病患者作为本次健康教育的研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各89例,对照组采取常规性病诊疗服务,观察组在此基础上给予微信健康教育,观察比较两组患者性病教育知识掌握情况、患者依从性以及安全套使用率。结果干预后,观察组患者的依从性比率为92.13%,高于对照组的62.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组安全套使用率为77.53%,明显高于对照组的15.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者性病教育知识掌握度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信健康教育能够有效提高患者的性病知识知晓率,增强患者安全性行为意识,提高治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of WeChat health education measures on improving compliance and safe sexual behavior of outpatients with sexually transmitted diseases(STD).Methods From April to June 2020,178 STD patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 89 cases in each group.The control group received routine STD diagnosis and treatment services,and the observation group was given WeChat health education measures on this basis.The mastery condition of STD education knowledge,patient compliance and condom use rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After the intervention,the compliance ratio of the observation group was 92.13%,which was higher than 62.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the condom use rate of the observation group was 77.53%,which was significantly higher than 15.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the mastery of STD education knowledge of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat health education could effectively improve the awareness rate of STD knowledge,enhance patients’awareness of safe sexual behavior,improve patients’treatment compliance,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
