摘　　要：肺结核疾病在传染科室中属于常见疾病之一,近些年肺结核患病人数呈上升趋势。肺结核会严重危害患者的生命健康,已经成为传染病医疗机构工作重点内容之一,引起了传染病学领域的普遍关注。调查数据显示,临床肺结核患病人数占所有传染病的30%左右。肺结核患者临床表现可见有明显的胸闷、咳嗽咳痰、呼吸阻滞等症状,具有较强的传染性,为慢性消耗性疾病,因此确诊后需立即进行治疗。临床上有多种药物可以用于肺结核患者的治疗中,随着临床医疗技术的发展和学术研究的进步,肺结核治疗方案不断完善,大多数肺结核患者经过科学、规范的治疗后基本可以痊愈,并且有良好的预后。本文针对抗肺结核药物的发展、种类及临床应用进展进行了综述,希望为肺结核患者的临床治疗提供帮助。Tuberculosis is one of the common diseases in infectious departments.In recent years,the number of tuberculosis patients has been on the rise.Tuberculosis will seriously endanger the lives and health of patients,which has become one of the key contents of infectious disease medical institutions,and has aroused widespread concern in the field of infectious diseases.Survey data show that the number of clinical tuberculosis patients accounted for about 30% of all infectious diseases.The clinical manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis patients are obvious chest tightness,cough,expectoration,respiratory block and other symptoms,pulmonary tuberculosis is highly infectious and chronic consumptive diseases.Therefore,treatment should be carried out immediately after diagnosis.There are many kinds of drugs that can be used in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,with the development of clinical medical technology and the progress of academic research,the treatment scheme of pulmonary tuberculosis is constantly improved.Most patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can basically recover after scientific and standardized treatment,and have a good prognosis.This article reviews the development,types and clinical application progress of anti-tuberculosis drugs,hoping to provide help for the clinical treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
