摘 要:随着电网格局、电源结构等因素不断变化,华中电网动态稳定特性经历了复杂的演化过程,近年来呈持续下降趋势,已成为制约电网稳定运行的短板。该文总结了华中电网动态稳定特性演化过程及特点,系统性研究了电网结构、运行方式、机组励磁系统参数等关键因素的影响。结合电网实际情况,从关键机组励磁参数优化、电网运行方式优化、扰动源监控定位、直流附加控制等方面入手,设计了包含预防控制和紧急控制的电网动态稳定防控体系,全面提升电网动态稳定水平。通过仿真分析和工程实践,验证了所提防控体系的可行性和有效性。With constant changes in power system and source structure.The dynamic stability of central China power grid has undergone a complex process of evolution and continues to descend in recent years,which has been the shortcoming of power system operation.This paper summarized the evolutional process and features of dynamic stability of central China power grid.Then,the influence of power grid structure,operation mode and generator excitation system parameters on dynamic stability is systematically studied.Based on practical situation,the dynamic stability defense system including preventive control and emergency control is designed to improve the dynamic stability of power system from optimization of the unit excitation control system and operation modes,disturbance source location and HVDC supplementary control.The effectiveness of the defense system has been proved through numerical simulation and engineering practice.
