摘  要:磁浮列车对轨道平顺性要求较高,为了提高列车运行的安全性和舒适性,文章分析中低速磁浮轨道变形对磁浮列车悬浮控制系统的影响,以及中低速磁浮轨道梁结构特点,并设计了一种中低速磁浮轨道梁监测系统。该系统采用多传感器信息融合技术,具有数据采集、传输、分析和显示等功能,可监测磁浮列车通过时轨道实时变形情况,为运营提供安全防护预警,为轨道维护提供科学依据,为车辆悬浮控制系统提供载荷变形量预测以优化悬浮控制策略。Maglev trains have high requirements for track smoothness.In order to improve the safety and comfort of train operation,this paper analyzes the influence of medium-low speed maglev track deformation on the maglev train levitation control system and the structural characteristics of medium-low speed maglev track,and designs a medium-low speed maglev track monitoring system.The system adopts multi-sensor information fusion technology,and has the functions of data acquisition,transmission,analysis and display,etc.It can monitor the real-time track deformation when the maglev train passes,and provide safety protection warning for operation,scientific basis for track maintenance,load deformation prediction for vehicle levitation control system to optimize the levitation control strategy.
