自拟肾病汤对特发性膜性肾病患者肾功能及CysC、TGF-β_(1)、PCX水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究自拟肾病汤对特发性膜性肾病患者肾功能及Cys C、TGF-β_(1)、PCX水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月收治的特发性膜性肾病患者共90例。遵循随机、平均原则分成对照组、研究组各45例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组联合自拟肾病汤治疗,30 d为一个疗程,2组均治疗6个疗程。对比2组临床疗效及治疗前后血清Scr、BUN及Cys C、TGF-β_(1)、PCX水平。结果治疗后研究组总有效率高于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后研究组血清Scr、BUN及Cys C、TGF-β_(1)、PCX水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟肾病汤可提高特发性膜性肾病患者治愈率,改善肾功能,抑制炎症反应。Objective To study the effect of self-made Shenbing decoction on renal function and Cys C,PCX and TGF-β_(1) levels in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.Following the random and average principle,they were divided into the control group and the research group,with 45 cases in each.The control group took conventional treatment,and the research group combined with self-made Shenbing decoction.30 days as 1 course,both groups were treated for 6 courses.The clinical efficacy and serum Scr,BUN,Cys C,TGF-β_(1),PCX levels before and after treatment between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment,the serum Scr,BUN,Cys C,TGF-β_(1),and PCX levels of the research group decreased and were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Shenbing decoction can increase the cure rate of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,improve renal function,and inhibit inflammation.
