黄芪白术汤加减对便秘患儿结肠传输功能及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的研究黄芪白术汤加减对便秘患儿结肠传输功能及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法回顾分析2017年1月—2019年12月接受治疗的148例便秘患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组,均74例。对照组口服乳果糖,试验组在此基础上联合黄芪白术汤加减治疗,4周为一个疗程,2组患儿均连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组患儿治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后结肠传输功能和T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化。结果试验组患儿总有效率为95.95%,高于对照组的78.38%;治疗后试验组较对照组结肠排空时间均缩短;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患儿外周血CD8^(+)水平降低,且试验组低于对照组;2组患儿外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪白术汤加减可显著改善便秘患儿结肠传输功能,同时调节T淋巴细胞亚群水平,提升免疫功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the effects of Huangqi Baizhu decoction on colonic transmission function and T lymphocyte subsets in children with constipation.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 148 children with constipation who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method(n=74).Children in the control group were treated with lactiose,while children in the treatment group were treated with Huangqi Baizhu decoction on the basis of the control group,with one course of treatment for 4 weeks.Children in both groups were treated for 2 courses continuously.The clinical curative effect,symptoms before and after treatment of colon transfer function and T lymphocyte subsets level changes was compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.95%,which was higher than 78.38%in the control group.After treatment,the time of colonic empty in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.Compared with before treatment,CD8^(+)level in peripheral blood of children in both groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group;CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)all increased in both groups,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Baizhu decoction can significantly improve the colonic transmission function of children with constipation,regulate T lymphocyte subset level,enhance immune function,and improve the therapeutic effect.
