益气升陷法治疗心律失常探究及临床应用举隅

摘　　要：益气升陷法是指应用补气和升提的药物,治疗气虚下陷证,临床应用广泛,工作中发现部分心律失常患者常伴有气虚导致大气下陷或中气下陷的症状,这部分患者辨证为气虚下陷证,采用"益气升陷"方药治疗,能够明显地缓解患者的临床症状,疗效显著,对"益气升陷"法的理论溯源进行梳理,对其在心律失常中的应用及其现代研究做了详细论述,并列举治疗验案1则,探讨"益气升陷"法临床应用的可行性。The"benefiting and lifting qi"therapy is used widely in the syndrome of qi deficiency and sinking which is a common syndrome in arrhythmia,benefiting and lifting qi plays an important role in the treatment of arrhythmia and it can relief the symptoms of arrhymia,the origin of theory,clinical application and clinical research are described,and a proved case is also listed to discuss the feasibility of clinical application of"benefiting and lifting qi"therapy.
