海桐皮汤熏洗联合针刀治疗跟痛症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析海桐皮汤熏洗联合针刀治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的患者82例,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41例。2组均用针刀治疗,观察组用海桐皮汤熏洗联合针刀治疗,对照组热敷联合针刀治疗。2组均以7d为一个疗程,隔7 d后进行第2个疗程治疗,使用视觉模拟评分量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)及美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)Maryland足功能评分进行治疗前后的临床疗效对比。结果2组经治疗后VAS评分对比治疗前均降低,踝-后足功能评分均升高,观察组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论海桐皮汤熏洗联合针刀疗法治疗跟痛症疗效优于单纯热敷联合针刀治疗,疗效可靠。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Haitongpi decoction fumigation combined with acupotomy in the treatment of heel pain.Methods 82 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupotomy.The observation group was treated with Haitongpi decoction fumigation combined with acupotomy,while the control group was treated with hot compress combined with acupotomy.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment,and the second course of treatment was carried out after 7 days,and VAS before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 68.29%,and that of the observation group was 90.24%.The improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The curative effect of Haitongpi decoction fumigation combined with acupotomy in the treatment of heel pain is better than that of simple hot compress combined with needle knife therapy,and the curative effect is reliable.
