百合固金汤治疗肺癌咯血25例

摘　　要：目的观察百合固金汤对原发性支气管肺癌所致咯血的临床疗效。方法共选取揭阳市人民医院收治的50例符合入组标准的肺癌伴咯血患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规西医止血治疗,观察组在此基础上予以口服百合固金汤,服药2周,观察2组咯血改善情况、中医证候积分及肝肾功。结果中医证候积分比较显示,对照组及观察组治疗后积分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);血清生化指标检测结果显示,2组治疗前后,转氨酶、总胆红素以及肌酐差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组总有效率为60.0%,观察组总有效率为84.0%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百合固金汤能够有效缓解肺癌咯血,无明显毒副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin decoction(BGD)on hemoptysis caused by primary bronchial lung cancer.Methods 50 patients with lung cancer hemoptysis admitted to our hospital who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional western medicine hemostatic treatment,and the observation group was given BGD on this basis for two weeks.The improvement of hemoptysis,TCM syndrome score and liver and kidney function were observed.Results Comparison of TCM syndrome scores showed that the scores of the control group and the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The results of serum biochemical indexes showed that transaminase,total bilirubin and creatinine had no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 60.0%,the total effective rate of the observation group was84.0%,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BGD has significantly curative effect on hemoptysis caused by lung cancer and is worthy for clinical application.
