柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗冠心病伴抑郁临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究对冠心病伴抑郁患者在西药治疗的基础上,给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的疗效。方法选取2018年4月—2019年11月诊疗的冠心病并发抑郁患者68例设为本次研究对象,随机分为常规组及试验组,每组34例。其中常规组接受常规西药治疗,试验组增加柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。为验证其疗效,可通过收集治疗效果、汉密尔顿抑郁量表和生活质量评价问卷表示。结果试验组临床治疗效果比常规组更好,其汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分比常规组改善明显,试验组整体生活质量比常规组好,数据比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论冠心病患者出现抑郁症状时,可给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,可减少心绞痛的发作,明显改善患者的身心状态,减少再入院可能,临床推广价值可观。Objective To study the effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of depression associated with coronary heart disease on the basis of the western medicine.Methods From April 2018 to November 2019,68 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression were diagnosed and treated in the wards and outpatients of the department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital were selected.68 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group,and each group had 34 cases.Among them,the routine group received routine treatment,and the experimental group received Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction on the basis of the control group.The effectiveness of treatment was verified,and results can be expressed by collecting therapeutic effects,Hamilton Depression Scale and quality of life evaluation.Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the routine group,the improvement of depression score(Hamilton Depression Scale)of the experimental group was better than that of routine group,the overall quality of life of the routine group was worse than that of the experimental group,and the data had some difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of depression associated with coronary heart disease on the basis of the western medicine can reduce the attack of angina pectoris,significantly improve the quality of life,reduce the possibility of readmission,and clinical implementation value is considerable.
